Overall, this is a decent hotel with good-sized rooms and polite, helpful reception staff. The café at reception is a nice touch, and the lifts are quick and efficient. However, there is a noticeable issue with the windows. When it’s windy, they make a lot of noise and sometimes even open on their own. We were moved from room 312 to room 203 because of this, but unfortunately the same problem was there as well. Another point to note for families: crossing to the other side of the road isn’t possible on foot, so you need to take a taxi, which is inconvenient when travelling with children. Room service was also disappointing and let the stay down a bit. That said, aside from these issues, the hotel is comfortable and generally a good place to stay.
I stayed at Hafawa Suites in Madinah for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Abdulaziz Al-Omari for his kindness and support. The only thing that could be improved is having stronger tap water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel.
I had a great experience at Hafawah Suites, great place to stay very close to all area centrally located Mr Abdulaziz Alghamdi at reception gave us very warm welcome and accommodate our request. I recommend this place.

Very neat and clean with good hospitality shown by staff. I have deducted one in rating as it is far from masjid-e-nabvi, otherwise one of the best place to spend time with your friends and family. Very scenic beauty of Ohad mountain, specially at night. Al Rashid mall is just opposite to the hotel but you need to use vehicle as it's highway and one cannot coss road directly with safety. Recommended. One more thing is worth mentioning that, I had booked for 4 nights and due to some change in plan had to cancel it. They accepted the request for free cancelation even after free cancelation time was over.
The room was clean, which is the most important thing. The service was very good, and the workers were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel is far from Al-Haram (about 13–15 minutes), and there is no bus service. The telephone line was not working, so I struggled to contact the reception. Overall, I recommend the place .

We stayed 3 nights there , It has nice swimming pool for kids also with slides, kids playing area.. But 1) they will take 150 AED deposit before check-in. 2) there were snacks , chocolates in fridge and sparkling water in our room and we used them But at checkout they charged us for that… we were surprised and thought these were complementary.
